Got banned for RMT with 25M!!

I’ve been playing this game for about 3 years, and recently I switched from the US server to the EU server. I liked the game so much that I even bought premium with real money on my new account. I was genuinely hyped to start fresh.

About 2 months ago, I was running deps (spamming them for fame) when a random player suddenly traded me an 8.4 satchel and accepted the trade without asking for anything in return. I don’t know who the guy was or why he did it, but obviously I was happy. I even flexed it to my boys.

Later on, I needed to buy a 7.4 CR to run high-tier AVAs, so I traded the satchel for the CR, and added 7M silver on top, since the CR is worth ~17M only.

These are the only large trades I’ve ever made on this account.

Today, I logged in and found out that my account was banned for RMT. When I contacted support, they told me I had RMTed 25M silver (which I assume refers to the satchel). When I asked for clarification, they said I would need to provide counter-evidence to appeal the ban.

I honestly don’t know how to prove that I didn’t RMT. Why would I even spend real money on premium if I planned to RMT from the start? And in what world does someone risk their account just to RMT 25M?

If anyone has advice on what I should do next, please let me know. I really never wanted to quit the game like this.
