Epson XP-4200 broke and Im at my wits end

Ten thousand years of good fortune and health to whoever solves THIS nonsense.

So, long story short, Epson has left me out to dry. I called their customer support three times in the past week and their story keeps changing. They first said they would mail a replacement printer and its in warranty, then its out of warranty, then they need to see my entire payment method I used to buy the printer including all numbers and the security code - of a card I didn't physically have anymore, to a bank I don't have an account for anymore.

Rant out of the way - EPSON brand XP-4200 model printer, basically new, printed less than 100 sheets. Any time I go to print something, the paper mysteriously crinkles on the right side and jams. No matter what I do. I cleaned it, I blew air through it, used fresh paper, disassembled and reassembled the printer part by part, nothing works. How do I fix this?? I need this printer for work. I will put a video of whats happening in the replies from my phone.
