lenovo vantage not working properly

hello so recently i tried using obs and noticed that my laptop had quite a few problems one the last ones is lenovo vantage, it permanently activates network boost whenever i open a game, i tried to disable it but its just back activated again when i look at it after opening a game, i saw that it recommended me to do an update even tho i have weekly updates on and it doesnt seem to work, i verify/load the update and when i try to install it it just says there was an issue and i have to try again which doesnt work, it says its the Lenovo Legion Arena Application - 10/11 idk why but its the only thing there, i have everything else but that

can anyone please explain what i have to do to fix both?
