Name: Unknown. Titled as The Seer.

Age: Unknown. Is physically around Mid 20s but true age is yet to be found

Gender: Speculated to be female

Species: Human? >!why is there a halo over their head..!<

Occupation: Fortune teller and Seer. Has surprisingly good accuracy when predicting the future.

Physical appearance: True Form is \[Error\]. Currently has a human like appearance with a rabbit mask. No eyes can be seen behind the mask. Has long blonde hair. Is always found and observed with tall winter boots even during the summer, long yellow pants and sleeves with gloves. Is never seen without the mask.

\# \*\*Never Remove the Mask.\*\*

\>!Why are the floating flames attracting spirits? Why do they even have these flames!<

Personality: oddly quiet, only communicates through sign and cards. Those who hear them speak say that their voice sounds like a soft spoken >!\~\~angel\~\~!< human with a voice of roses. Seems to be able to see into a person’s thoughts, emotions, intentions and memories, don’t try and lie to them.

Combat: Stealth. Those who observe battles state how the Seer seems to use their cards to cast illusion in front of the victim, projecting their darkest pasts and their most intense desires. Then the seer uses daggers to finish the job.

Special (known) abilities:

\-Projections: Able to create projections of a target’s deepest and darkest desires in front of them. >!Oddly similar to the reflections ability of the Fractured!<

\-Sneak Attack: Able to hide and sneak attack any creature from behind. Very silent steps and quick movement contributes.

\-Fate be changed: Able to change fate vis the cards they carry. Might be warping reality in order to do so, yet to be determined.

\-Karmatic Judgement: Uses the scale in order to measure and determine the karma a person may have which can help determine their future fate. May be related to \[Redacted\]

Name: \[REDACTED\]. Also known as The Watcher, The Fallen or Karma

Age: Unknown. May be as old as God itself

Gender: Female.

Species: >!\~\~True Angel\~\~ Full Concept of \[Error\]!< Half Arch Angel, Half Primal Emination Demon.

Occupation: \[Error\]. Wears an outfit that looks like it came from church, a prophet maybe?

Physical appearance: It looks like an angel but also a demon. Has a halo but also horns, angel and demon wings, golden feathers soaked in red blood, always carrying an axe. Has rings around eyes, golden with blue irises. Looks like a prophet. Spirits seen around them, silent until it’s time to initiate.

Personality: Unknown. It kinda just stands there and watches with all those eyes. Never moves except for the occasional fluttering of the wings, just appears and disappears. Never gets too close, doesn’t speak.. or at least i don’t think it does.

Combat: Unknown. Most of the people who encounter the being are either missing or have been driven insane by it. Individuals who encounter them have had a history of crime, specifically violence crimes such as murder, terrorism, genocide, \[Censored\] and torture. The more crimes they have in these areas, the worse it is. The few who have their minds intact, for the most part anyways, describe the spirits they see around \[Redacted\] as the victims of their crimes who cry, yell and beg with questions and their last words. Spirits tend to take the form of the ones they regret the most, close love ones and/or children.
