Red or Pink Espresso Martini Recipe?

Planned on making this red espresso martini for Galentines Day and now realized that the red velvet Baileys is basically extinct. I've googled a few recipes for something similar but apprehensive about what's coming up. Anyone have a great recipe for something similar? Red food dye would look atrocious in espresso right? Lol thank you all in advance!
