Update Demographics?

Hey all, recently purchased a couple of cans from silencer shop. I see that I have the option to select 'State or Country'. I selected the state I reside in, yet I keep getting the review on the cans denied as eForms doesn't recognize the state as a 'country' which is reasonable.

Any resolution here?
