Does anyone know what this is?

I have an active scabies infestation & I keep seeing (what I thought were crumbs) these black little pieces of “dirt” or like “dried mud” but they are all almost the exact same size. Which is why I looked at them through a microscope and I see a bunch of clear things like clumped together in the black stuff.

Is this scabes feces or eggs or does anyone know what I’m talking about? I’ve googled it several times & everything it brings up is about crusted scabies. So I can’t seem to find an answer. Please help if you have any idea what I’m talking about because I’m a little freaked! 🙏🏼

I do have a dog and sometimes it looks like dried mud or dirt from his paws but like I said it’s always almost the exact same size & under a microscope it all looks the same with the clear (sometimes a yellowish color). Hoping someone can help.
