[M4F] Taking a Tour and Railing the Realtor

I am currently in the market for my first home and it is terrifying. It's one of the most important decisions I'll ever make but all I have to go on is some quick googling about HOAs, school districts, and variable vs fixed rate mortgages, as well as the inane prattling of my parents who have been in the same house for 40 years. That's why I reached out to the real estate agency. I'm hoping that they can at least give me something to go on, and they seemed more than willing to help. In fact, they even set up a showing for later today.

I'm currently driving to that showing, the first official one I've been to. It's for a townhome just outside of downtown, and I'm a little nervous. 'Do I even want a townhome?' I think to myself. I'm not sure that I do. The idea of sharing walls with anyone after renting apartments for so many years doesn't sound that appealing. However, if I want a single family I'd have to be pretty far outside of town to find anything that I can afford, and that sounds somehow even worse.

I lower my sun visor as I pull into the side street that houses the townhome development. I'm greeted with two neat rows of homes, one on each side of the street, all red brick and windows. I have to admit that they do look pretty nice. I scan the home numbers for the one I've come to see, #55.

Locating it at the far end of the complex, I pull into the driveway behind a black sedan that I can only imagine belongs to the real estate agent. Before I can get out, the driver's side door of the other car opens and you step out into the sunlight.

So there's the prompt. I'm looking for someone to play the realtor there to show me the home. Maybe you start flirting with me hoping to get a sale, or maybe you catch me sneaking a peak at you while you lead me up the stairs. When you reach out to me, mention a feature of the house we're about to tour so I know you've read this.
