I hope Redfin publishes a bunch of stats about the competition

If I were on the inside I would be generating charts on things like

1. # of players in each round
2. Fastest response, and average response rate of the fastest 1% for each round
3. Does the correct house have a slower average response time? This would imply a significant # of people were able to get it right after thinking through it vs random being a better strategy
