New PC error when trying to install windows: This PC must support TPM 2.0. I've tried the online troubleshooting suggestions, please help!

Asus b650e max gaming wifi

AMD ryzen 5 7600x

What I have already tried:

Advanced -> AMD/fTPM config -> selects TPM device (enable firmware TPM)

Advanced -> trusted computing -> security device support set to enabled (under that it says no security device found, I don't have the options like others in videos I've seen)

Boot -> boot option 1 -> confirmed it was set to my bootable USB drive

Boot -> secure boot -> os type set to windows UEFI, secure boot mode set to standard

PCH-FW config - I don't see this as an option anywhere under my advanced tab

Any support very much appreciated
