A dancer who's dating someone with OCD

Okay I read this book back in 2010 to 2015ish. Its for sure a YA novel. It's driving me crazy! It's about a dancer who learned to dance by cleaning the floor in a studio in exchange for lessons. Shes from a lower class neighborhood and lives somewhere with a younger sibling. There was a vibe she felt unattractive but then later found out a guy in her neighborhood put a ban on anyone from dating her.

She was dating like a basketball or baseball player who had OCD like tendencies. He was from a richer neighborhood.

I think she got a scholarship to a dance school at one point.
