Email from my leader?

So im a part time cast member who gives away majority of her shifts. I pick up in other locations but overall i’m not very close or active with my own leadership and location. I received this email today and i’m a little blindsided to what this could be about it. I know I have a pending reprimande. It’s my only reprimand in the last 6 months, nothing rolled over. So i’m wondering if this is maybe an email to give me that reprimand, but why wouldn’t it just be given to me during a regular shift. I’m a little bit worried this is something serious. Anyone ever get an email like this?
