Honestly I feel like I can't breathe with this. I am so overwhelmed and stressed. I'm praying for a miracle. I don't even know what else to do anymore 😔
Every morning begins the same way: with a tight knot of anxiety already sitting in my chest before my feet even touch the floor. I lie there for a few moments, staring at the ceiling, trying to gather the strength to face another day of impossible choices. The fridge is nearly empty again, and the quiet hunger in the house feels louder than any alarm clock. I smile for my family because I have to, because they deserve hope, but inside I am already calculating, worrying, and wondering how long we can keep going like this.
The day stretches into a relentless cycle of stress and silent panic. Every bill, every phone notification, every unexpected expense feels like another crack in a life that is already splintering. I carry the weight of not being able to provide the simplest comforts — a full meal, a sense of security, a moment without fear. It is exhausting to constantly pretend that things are “okay,” to swallow the shame and keep moving while feeling like I’m failing the people who depend on me most. Even small setbacks feel catastrophic when there is no safety net left.
By night, when the world finally grows quiet, the worries only grow louder. Sleep does not come easily when your mind is racing with thoughts of overdue payments, empty cupboards, and an uncertain future. The stress is unending, from the first moment of the morning to the last restless hour of the night. I am tired in a way that goes beyond physical exhaustion — tired of the fear, the helplessness, and the feeling that my life is slowly unraveling despite every effort to hold it together. All I want is a chance to breathe again, to feel that my family is safe, and that tomorrow might bring something other than dread.
Citizens advice tomorrow... Hopefully they can help me. I have never ever felt so stressed.
I'm so sick and tired of masking.
