Tips before meeting with RA decider ("Touch base")

We've been undergo reorgs & yesterday i just met (virtually) my new supervisor. Oddly today I got an invite for a "Touch Base" to meet with his boss (aka Director) who will be the decider of my RA. Both of them have been RTO about 1 year now.

My RA for telework has been pending for over 6 months+ but I submitted all supporting documents since the beginning of my request but just never got any decision.

What should I expect? Any gotcha questions I should prepare for this virtual meeting?
