499 on altius HL after content review

I got a 503 on Blueprint HL diagnostic before any content review. i just finished reviewing and got a 499 on the altius HL. Feeling incredibly demoralized because I felt like I knew a lot of content going in but was terrible at the reasoning within the test. Going to grind UWorld but ugh this feeling sucks
