What should’ve been the pacing of Toei’s One Piece?

What do you guys think Toei should’ve done? I wonder how much better pacing would be if Toei did Manga canon episodes with 0 padding and stretching, and to prevent catching up to manga actually did regular filler arcs. I feel like that way it would still run weekly but fans who watched years later (millions of people) can skip the fillers with ease and enjoy the Manga canon episodes with good pacing. I would much rather have it that way or it being seasonal from the start. The story, emotions, themes are so good but it’s so held back by the pacing. I’m also really curious to see how Wit Studios will Pace the show. Imagine watching Water 7 or in amazing animation with excellent pacing. So excited!
