weird scents down there

this is so embarrassing… i drink a decent amount of water consistently, don’t have a horrible diet, don’t drink sodas and rarely drink coffee. i naturally produce so much thick white discharge everyday. i’m very moist down there all the time and maybe this has something to do with it but most of the time i smell like a dead rodent. i can cut the smell in half when i use a vaginal wash which i don’t overuse. i maybe use it 1-2x a week so about every other shower time. if i use it more than that then i get bv real bad. i rarely sleep with anyone and tbh that doesn’t even reflect the smell, it’s literally just there and idk what other way to explain the smell other than it smells like a dead rat or possum. i don’t see a gynecologist but they’ve never brought up any concerns when i was going for my iud and as far as an sti or std i’m clear of those (last seen gyno 1.5 years ago and last tested 6 months ago and this smell has been going on for 5 years). i’m really at a loss and i don’t even want to sleep with anyone anymore because i can manage the outer smell for a couple of hours until the friction happens then the smell happens… any idea of what this could be and what i should do to stop this? i don’t get any yeast infections but i feel like this is some kind of chronic bacterial infection. the only thing health wise wrong with me is my kidneys don’t function 100% how they should due to going sepsis twice.
