Why We Are All Bleeding from "Social Shrapnel" (And Why Stoic Reality is the Only Cure)
We are taught to optimize. We are conditioned to perform. But in the rush to 'crush it,' we’ve ignored the debris left behind by the explosion of modern connectivity—what I call Social Shrapnel. It’s the invisible pressure to be everything to everyone while remaining nothing to yourself.
Radical Endurance isn't about 'getting through' the day; it's about the Unfolding. It's about standing on the 'Glass'—the sharp, uncomfortable truth of your own existence—and refusing to look away. If you feel exhausted by the performance of being 'Fine,' you aren't failing. You're just carrying too much shrapnel.
I've put these thoughts into a field manual called Radical Endurance. No pressure to buy, but if the concept of the 'Unfolding' resonates with you, it's out there.
