Inconsistent fps in modern touhou games

In games before touhou 14, all my games run in normal 60fps with no variations (7, 8, 10, 11, etc.) however on touhou 14 and 15 my fps often drops randomly, in a scale of 60 till 55. I’ve tried directly from steam (not thcrap patch) and it still has the same problem. Anyone can help?
