Apple's mistake with M5 Pro release

I think where Apple is making it's biggest mistake is for those people who need a high-end laptop with maxed out RAM or SSD for their workflow. Those people who need a laptop right now? Well, they can't get it from Apple. All spec'd out MBP M4 Pro/Max aren't delivering for 5-6 weeks!! So maybe they are looking for used, or going with a windows laptop? I mean, in 2026, there are probably people out there who simply need it now. No wait. I would think they have to be losing sales.

Of course, this isn't my situation. I'm just another one of those crazies checking the Apple site twice a day for the last two months, hoping for a release or event announcement. Not for a workflow or professional reason. Because I need this boost to my spirits to take the edge off of my chaotic day job. Come on, Tim, HTFU!
