How do you use Body Charge to plan your training week?
Curious how people are actually using the Body Charge score day to day. Personally I've started checking it first thing in the morning before deciding how hard to go. If I'm above 70% I'll hit a hard session. Below 50% and I'll swap to a walk or mobility work instead of forcing it.
The part I find most useful is watching the trend over a week rather than obsessing over any single morning. One bad night doesn't wreck everything, but three in a row usually means something needs to change (sleep timing, training volume, stress).
Anyone else using it this way? Or do you mostly just glance at it and move on?
