APAP - CPAP MACHINE someone who just went trough the process can please guide me

Hello,

I just went trough two sleep studies and I got a prescription for a APA machine, I called the vendors and they gave me confusing information, they said they have to contact my case worker, I contact ODSP because right now I dont have a case worker and they said they need to send a form to be completed by the doctor the vendor needs to provide with the costs then they can process it.

Im so unsure on what to do, if someone just recently went through this process please guide me!
