I messed up with PKhex in Legends Z-A

So somewhere during the first few missions I used PKhex to give me all the mega stones because I wasn’t feeling like grinding them. Also since I will only use maybe a handful of Pokemon that can mega evolve I just decided that I will do it.

Now I did this before the Absole mission therefore I believe the flag that was supposed to unlock the mega stone tab in the inventory was not triggered. I was like okay and gave my Pokemon the stones manually in PKhex. But now I discovered the event flags menu in the program so I was like I might just be able to force the tab to show up.

Now there is a lot of gibberish in the menu and I’m not sure what should I click. I tried checking them all, but it just soft locked the game. I brought in a backup and now I’m here. If there is someone who knows what should I check pls help. I’m on the 2.0.1 update for Z-A and the newest built for PkHex.
