Single Pokemon Collection Question

Very new to the TCG collecting, I’ve opened packs here and there and would get them for Christmas, but I recently saw Deep Pocket Monsters video of collecting every Umbreon card and it inspired me to do something similar.

Now from what I’ve seen there’s not too many Chikorita Cards and from what I can find this seems relatively achievable, but is there a database that lists out all the cards and what packs they can be pulled from? Has anyone made a spreadsheet on every Pokemon and all available cards of said Pokemon? Or is that a part of the fun of creating a collection like this? Either way is fine I just wanna know if someone’s done the work before I dive in to beginning this adventure
