Prebuilt case fans running full speed

Just got a new prebuilt Skytech Legacy Gaming PC Desktop, Ryzen 9 9950X3D delivered today. I powered it up and went through the initial Windows setup. The entire time the case fans are blasting 100%. Finally get into Windows and set everything up. I try playing a game, I try bowsing the web...case fans 100%. As you can imagine it's very loud.

Would this be a problem with the build? How can I check on why this is happening?
