I've been faking my age for at least 6 years at this point what can I do.

So, for context I've been in this discord server which is basically the base for my existence on social media as most of my first online friends are from there and.. as I was born in 2008 I had to up my age by about 3 years to not get banned right away (the minimum age for discord is 13) and I've kept up this lie until today.. I'm now 17 and haven't really told anyone my real age what is the least destructive course of action?
