Best green beans and good varieties in general.

Looking to grow some green beans this year and looking for some advice. I'm looking for a stringless green bean, on the softer side (I'm not a huge fan of the squeaky texture, which I understand may be futile). Growing in beds in Auckland and not really space constrained but would prefer climbing beans. Would plant multiple but I'm growing so much I need to draw the line somewhere.

Also what are you favourite specific varieties of different veges in general?
