Current fibro diagnosis, does this sound like it may also be HSD?

Hi, I am a 26F and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2 years ago after chronic pain, not resolved by any conservative, procedural and surgical (hand surgery) interventions tried.- My pain can vary and affect my hips and legs as well. I experience the “growing pains” I would get as a child as well. I have never had any subluxations or dislocations, but I experience frequent muscle pulls or injuries from little to no activity at all. My pain often stays in my neck/back/shoulders and it is often a muscle guarding type of pain, sometimes achy but it gets to be difficult to even hold my head up by the end of the day. Most recently my MRI of my spine resulted in receiving a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease and well as mild scoliosis in my thoracic spine. I also have POTS while my symptoms are managed mostly. I often see posts on HSD and EDS and feel I relate to many of the symptoms, but on a Beighton scale I am only at a 2. Thank you!
