My neighbors dogs bark 8 hours a day and I'm losing my mind

I live on the corner of my street, two buildings down is a small apartment building. Every morning as early as 6:30am they let their two dogs into their small gated yard, and leave them outside barking none stop until at least 4pm. I close at my job most nights and don't get to sleep until 1-2am most of the time. So by 6:30-7am I'm woken up. Every. Single. Morning. It's been months now. I'm losing my shit. I'm considering leaving a note on their door or calling their leasing office to complain. Sometimes they're home for hours while the dogs just bark the whole time. Half of my sleep I'm waking up every 15 minutes because of the noise and have to put headphones on to try to go back to sleep but the dogs are louder than my headphones. I'm exhausted constantly, I can't deal with this much longer. I just don't know the best way to go about stopping this. Anyone have some advice?
