Eczema on Upper lip

Hi guys,

i thought i would share a small victory with you all in the hopes that it would help someone.

I've been struggling with eczema on my philtrum (space between nose and upper lip) since forever. Recently it got a lot worse and I realised it was the lip balms i was using e.g. nivea, burts bees etc and it was the Cerave healing ointment. They both were irritating my skin and causing it to be itchy and dry.

Recently I completely changed up my routine, I only use Vaseline on my lips, apply dermol cream morning and night on a wet face and a greasy cream i use the Balmonds one. My skin has cleared up sooo much, it hasnt been like this in a long time. I only have a slight irritation, but all in my skin has cleared up within a few weeks.

so if you are suffering from stubborn eczema on your philtrum, it could be your lip balm !!
