Brand new pc! No display

I got my brand new pc in this evening intel ultra 7 265f and 5070. first turn on it pop up an older looking start up screen saying bios needs updated then went gave me the option to open bios which I did. everything showed fine so I went ahead and exited. pc rebooted. display lights up. says hdmi then goes back dark however the screen is still getting g signal as its light isnt blinking. this is the second one I bought like this so far same comouter but the kther never have me a bios needing update warning. I am unsure what to do. all that plugged in was two usbs for house and keyboard and the hdmi. all worked first boot but now im back to square one. what is happening with either one of these!? I've tried everything on the old one originally and figured it was faulty but now the new one is doing the same.
