Hi XXXXX,
:-
You have a Microsoft Cashback balance remaining in your account, which means you got some money back when you shopped with Microsoft Cashback. However, since you haven't used your account for over five months your account is now considered inactive. If your account remains inactive, meaning you are neither earning nor spending Microsoft Cashback, an account maintenance fee of $5.00 (or local currency equivalent) per month will apply as a deduction to your account balance starting at the end of this month as per our[Terms of Use.](https://www.microsoft.com/bing/rebates-terms)
**To avoid the fees,** login to your[Microsoft Cashback](https://cashback.microsoft.com/)account to earn more cash back or transfer your total available balance via PayPal. Please take this action today. You'll be glad you did!
Any account maintenance fees will only be charged against the remaining balance in your Microsoft Cashback account. You will never be charged more than the remaining balance in your account, and you can avoid these fees entirely by shopping on Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Bing or the Microsoft Start app to earn more cash back, or by redeeming the remaining funds in your account.
