Someone pls help! Trying to find book I read as a child

Hello! For context:

I was born 1997.

The book was about a seagull that kept stealing food from either a fish and chip shop or a bakery.

I thought it was called ‘The Hungry Seagull’ or ‘The Naughty Seagull’ but can’t find it anywhere.

Please help as I’m trying to get it for my daughter!

Thanks in advance
