getting started on my gyaru journey(if that makes sense, lol)!

hi guys, im still relatively new to gyaru and i was wondering if you guys could help me with some questions.

1. do you have to wear makeup? i have really sensitive/acne prone skin and i'm always rubbing at my eyes a lot and i worry that my mascara/eye shadow smudged. do you guys have any recommendations for waterproof/smudge proof mascara and good setting spray?
2. do the nails have to be super long? i have mild sensory issues(translate: im clumsier than an fart) and long nails are kinda tough for me.
3. where can i find gyaru magazines in the US? I assume online but i have no idea where to start searching for them </3.
