My son (26FTM) is in a medically induced coma, what can I expect to see when he comes out of it?

My son was put in medically induced coma after an overdose (mainly Prozac). He has schizophrenia but was doing relatively well neurologically before this and was starting to have symptoms again after a period of being symptom free very recently.

They’re starting to back off his medication after about 4 days and it seems like it’s going well, but I’m having trouble actually speaking with the doctor.

Does anyone have any more information on what I can expect? I know it’s variable but in the case where he’s neurologically okay and there isn’t too much damage, what does coming out of a medical induced coma look like? How long does it usually take before they wake up? After 4 days, will he be able to move or talk or what? I feel pretty blind and I’m not sure what information online applies and what doesn’t.
