Looking for HVAC Service

The short, i need to update my Nest thermostats, i have two heating systems(furnance/boiler), that are controlled by two now no longer supported Nests, both require a C Wire, neither have C Wire as part of the bundle.
The Basement is finished and i had an electrician out who balked at doing the second floor, but thought he could do the first floor, but never got back to me...

I am open minded to however we need to get power to the units, but ideally would love someone who is familiar with the install setup.
