Florence Roof Top Restaurants

Reading up in preparation for a trip to Florence in April. I keep running into roof top bars as a great opportunity to take in the view for sunset and have some cocktails and food.

What are your top spots?

We're staying right on the Arno at Palazzo Alfieri Residenza d’epoca. I'm thinking you could spend the day wandering around, taking in some sites, grabbing bites to eat, and then landing for sunset for some relaxation.

So far I'm hearing about B-Roof, Cosimo, Loggia, and empire.

Another question I'd have is, are these rooftop spots good for consuming authentic italian food? Or is that an entire different situation? If I go to a roof top for cocktails and munchies I'm probably not eating any dinner until late or not at all.

Thanks
