What do I do now? This is new

I’m a male, 35, Va. If I don’t belong here I apologize.

It ended today, just hours ago. I called the cops finally, she was arrested, now I have a temporary protective order for my daughter and myself.

My question is, what do I do now? What should I be doing as far as life things? I work 2nd shift, 1-10, my kid is in school 845-335; I don’t have any family, or friends I’d trust to watch my daughter. Should I get in touch with a lawyer now? I cannot afford one. Can I take my ex off my health insurance? I probably know all the answers to this stuff, but I just can’t put it all together. She’s been telling me what to do for almost 10 years, I don’t know what to do.
