Problems with winning

Can someone explain to me what's wrong with my games? Out of 11 games played so far, 10 are losses. I'm constantly on a losing streak. If these were hard-fought losses, I'd understand. But most of them are often matches where my team has 1 kill and the enemy has 20. What the hell is going on here? I should add that I always have such streaks when I play this game. Does playing with bots affect matchmaking? Because I often run a series of such matches to warm up.
