I am not receiving unlock bootloader img from zui website.

I am trying to unlock the bootloader on my Lenovo Z5s. I am following the steps mentioned in the online guide and filling in the information exactly as requested.

IMEI1: 868591041577494

Serial number (from fastboot devices): 930cc69

Since the serial number is 7 digits long, I added a 0 before it, as the website instructed.

Overall, I have tried several methods, but none of them seem to work. I have used three different email addresses and a China VPN, but I still haven’t had any success.
