Is Kyler Gone?

LaFleur has stated that he strongly prefers pocket passers... Schefter claims that the Cardinals are actively seeking a QB trade... No statements from Kyler himself or his camp...

All signs point to Kyler leaving this year. This really sucks in my opinion given that there are no better QB options and we'd be eating a lot of dead cap from Kyler's contract. Kyler is also immensely talented and is a victim of bad coaching/rosters throughout his time here. Has this happened in the past, however, where it seemed like our QB was going to leave, but surprisingly ended up staying?
