Green/Yellow cards against UP Luffy?

Ran Shirahoshi at Locals and I had a match against UP Luffy and I felt like he ramped Max Don on his second turn and it was a downhill match.

Is there any cards you can run to help fight him or just things you can do to stop the ramp?
