I noticed something while researching penile filler procedures — almost every clinic only shows flaccid before-and-after photos.

Very few show erect-state results.

As someone who went through HA filler myself, I realized that what most men actually want to know is:

• Does it look natural when erect?

• Does it change firmness?

• Does the shape stay symmetrical?

• How does healing affect erection?

Those were the real questions I couldn’t find answers to.
