Refund

I ordered an item from seller at around Monday midnight. At 10am I decided I no longer wanted the item and requested a refund. The seller sent me a message to say they have refunded me but they had already shipped the item. They are asking me to refuse the delivery. My question is do I HAVE to refuse delivery?

I did reply back to seller to say that I would redirect the parcel to Evri parcelshop as if the parcel isnt collected it would be returned to sender. This would be a better option as I might not be in and someone else (even if I've told them to refuse delivery) might still end up accepting delivery
