What are some simple ways to track day-to-day differences when making lifestyle changes in order to get a sense of progress?
I'm starting a process with a team of professionals to improve my fatigue levels mostly, and just overall quality of life. I have been given a small handful of suggestions for changes to make to start and I want to roll them each out separately and slowly so I know what is helping me improve and what isn't.
If I had time for it, I would just journal every day, but really what I'm trying to figure out is something more simplistic so that the progress (or lack thereof) is easier to track. My initial thought is maybe like a 1-5 ranking system for certain categories that would give an idea of how well I slept, how I felt during the day, my mood, productivity, weight changes etc and I'm just reaching out to see if anyone else has any outside-of-the-box ideas for what to include or the best way to go about it if they've ever tried something similar or even if they know a better way. This progress tracker will also eventually incorporate medicinal/supplement changes as well
I always find a lot of good advice on here from other kind people that include things I never would have thought of or been able to come up with on my own from researching this so I appreciate any advice anyone has, even if it's different from my starting point of an idea. Thanks in advance for any and all replies!
