Failed but still approved?

So I’m a little confused and idk how to go about this. So on MM I am approved with a good score, but on outlier it says I failed the quality assessment? I am so lost what does this mean?? :( I really hope I didn’t lose this as I do rely on the extra income….. but I also understand how this is stuff works…
