Why am I self transphobic?

Like every time I think I am a girl, dress fem or even look in the mirror I tell myself

"You'll never be a real girl"

"It's just in your head"

"Do you really want to destroy your life to play a girl you are not?"

I can't stand this any longer I am lonely and have to hide my true self even in my house
