Trying to log in to Grindr on Web

I used to be able to log in to Grindr on the Web, and prefer that.

I use Chrome. I tried it but I apparently forgot my email address. I changed my password and confirmed on the app. I used ChatGPT. But it wasn't helpful to fix it. It had me delete extensions, cookies, turn on location services for my windows computer, and other things. Nothing helped either in Chrome, Edge, or Bing.

What happens when I log in on the web is that it's like my password isn't accepted. I log in with the email and password. Then the screen refreshes to the login screen and my emails is filled out but password field is blank. When I re-enter the password I get a blank screen with the Grindr logo in the middle which says "Return to browser to keep using Grindr."

Customer support is useless. You can't talk to a real person. All you get is links to unhelpful articles.

Phone app still works fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
