Why does the American left seem to have largely ignored the Epstein files?

I don't understand why the left in US has been so passive in its treatment of the pedos mentioned in the Epstein files. I can guarantee that if Biden was the President now, the right wing would have started a civil war. I am neither joking nor exaggerating. Is it because the left largely doesn't care about pedophiles and child abuse? All I can see happening in the US is late night TV show hosts making jokes out of the horrific details in the files.

Ps. I am from Asia and I have been following US politics over the last decade and just want to kknow why. Maybe I am mistaken, so your opinion would be very valuable.
