Parking lot drinker

I finished my last job of the day today around 5pm and pulled into a parking lot to complete my paperwork before I drove home. Woman in her '60s pulls up next to me. Well dressed, late model car. She puts her purse in her lap, pulls out a maybe 10 or 12 oz bottle of Sutter Home wine, unscrews the cap, polishes it off. No idea how much it had in it to begin with, dark bottle. Puts the empty in her cup holder She walks to the shopping center, enters the liquor store. She comes back to her car, pops her trunk, unloads five or six of those same size bottles into her trunk, gets in her driver's seat, takes another bottle out of her purse, unscrews the cap on a fresh bottle, takes a big long chug out of it starts the car and drives off. Is this none of my business? Is this a call the police? Wwyd? I think if it was some type of 80proof distilled spirit I would have already called the police. I'm sure I will get a lot of myofb but I don't want to be sharing the roads with some granny juiced up on cheap red wine.
